Home and Community Care Program for Younger People

Are you under the age of 65 but require some assistance to improve and maintain your independence and capacity to live safely at home and participate in community activities?

BASScare is an approved provider of Home and Community Care Program for Younger People (HACC-PYP) services.

HACC –PYP services cater to individuals under the age of 65 and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders under 50, who encounter challenges in performing daily activities.

This means BASScare can provide subsidised Meals on Wheels and Activity Group services to individuals who do not qualify for any other type of government subsidised assistance.

Contact us today to learn more about our HACC-PYP services and how we can assist you or your loved ones on the journey towards greater independence and well-being.
