Your Path to Residential Aged Care

We know that choosing aged care can feel overwhelming. To make the process clearer, we’ve outlined the key steps:

Step 1

Assessing your eligibility. An Aged Care Assessment (ACAT) determines the level of care and support required.

Step 2

Visit Our Homes. We encourage you to visit Faversham House or Samarinda Lodge to get a feel for our welcoming communities.

Step 3

Understanding Your Options. Our team will walk you through the process, answering any questions about care, costs, and daily life in our homes.

Step 4

Completing Your Application & Moving In. Once you’ve made your decision, we’ll support you through the application and transition process to ensure a smooth move.

Our Approach to Care

At BASScare, we believe in providing care that respects individuality and minimises disruption to familiar routines. Our approach is grounded in best-practice evidence, ensuring that every person experiences dignity, choice, independence and respect.
